For those of us who have families, or have lost a job due to this recession, or maybe you just don't like driving to work, the conception of working from home has probably come up at least once or twice in your quest for extra income, or job replacement. In your work at home search, you may have come over a business called Cloud 10 Corporation. In this article, I am going to recap Cloud 10 Corp, based out of Denver, Colorado, and tell you my experiences with this business on legitimacy, pay structure, and farranging experience/recommendations.
The hiring process is streamlined for the most after the preliminary job contact. Since there is a waiting list for Cloud 10, due to the query of citizen looking to work from home, it can take months to be contacted about a job opening. It took me approx. Four months to be contacted to work on a temporary project, dealing with The Dtv/ Digital transition process from analog to digital television. The hiring process consists of one interview, and your typical permission to work in the United States (social safety card, drivers license copy, etc.) After the preliminary hiring, you are required to purchase a Logitech/Plantronics Usb headset, if you currently do not own one.
Starting pay will depend on number of old work at home experience, and also will depend on the project, for temporary projects, pay started at 9.00/hour, not exactly the best in sight. You are emailed a list of scheduled work times, and it normally consists of full days, and first come first serve. Cloud 10 Corp. Pays every two weeks. Cloud 10 is flexible to a degree on hours, however, it is first come first serve with the hours board, and if you did not call in if you could not make a shift, or if you missed business sponsored training, you were dropped. My farranging feel with working from home with Cloud 10 Corp, was mediocre. Maintain lacked seriously on the technical side, and programs caused my brand new computer to run moderately and do the obnoxious partial-freeze where I can only move my mouse, and not click anything. I didn't like the extremely long wait time after applying, however, they paid on time, and did not mess my hours up, like I have had happen from working at home in the past.
Overall, I'd recommend Cloud 10 Corp, if you are looking for something part time for extra shopping money, but, I can't say I'd recommend for full time work, due to the fact that projects only last a few weeks at a time, and you have to reapply in in the middle of projects for continued employment. As far as working from home, Carbon Copy Pro still holds the number one position on my list, due to the farranging training, uncapped commissions, and capability to work whenever you need to.
